It’s Wednesday, and I’m bored, so it must be wrist check time again. Today, I’m wearing a new acquisition: Seiko Presage “Zen Garden” open heart auto . How about you?

Time to go find some scissors and take care of that loose thread on my shirt.

Same thing I was wearing last time you asked. I own one watch. Well, two, but I only wear one of them.

Got my Orient on today. That’s a nice looking Seiko you’ve got there.
And this is what it looks like out of direct sunlight.

Festina Chrono Tour de France. Ten years old and still one of my favorites.
Love the Seiko btw. I have 6 automatics but no Seiko. Maybe Santa will bring me one.

I have no shame in admitting the color was a key factor, as it replaced a blue watch that ticked it s last tick.

It has a retro look, based on a 70s era watch, I think. The original is quite expensive, and even these are pricey when new, I bought it secondhand for a decent price, I couldn’t resist. I only have two working watches, might as well go big.

Sorry for the rotated pic, damn Kinja.
